Branding
A local venture capitalist firm approached Gitwit with the need for a comprehensive rebranding of their entire identity. The project was segmented into four key deliverables:
Revamping the logo and brand colors
Crafting a pitch deck
Redesigning their website
Establishing a content library for internal team use
Guided by my colleague and fellow designer at Gitwit, we collaborated to create a fresh and structured new logo during the branding phase. Following the completion of the branding, while Amanda compiled her logo package and the style guide, I took the lead in designing both the pitch deck and the website.
Website Direction
Transitioning into the website design phase, I explored distinct style options, drawing inspiration from client feedback received on our team's collaborative website lookbook.
Through joint efforts within our internal website team, we seamlessly integrated elements from various ideas to produce a single direction for the overall website design that was dynamic, modern, memorable, and bold.
From branding to pitch deck to website, we seamlessly integrated the vibrant primary colors inspired by the Tulsa flag, a palette meticulously developed by Amanda during our branding sprint. We also created a curated set of collage assets based on assets I crafted during the pitch deck phase. These assets played a pivotal role in the overall direction of the iteration of the 46VC brand architecture.
As a result, the branding, website pages, and investor pitch deck started to come together with a distinctive vision, offering a fresh perspective on what a venture capitalist company could embody.
Customized Collages
Following the creation of a collage set incorporated into both the website and pitch deck, the 46VC team expressed the need for a comprehensive collage library tailored to their industries, clientele, and investment opportunities. This library was intended for organic use, blog posts, and social media content. Given my passion for digital collaging, I took on the responsibility of defining these elements and curating a cohesive collection of collages throughout the entirety of the project.
